We really would like to thank you both for all of the time and effort that was put in to making our day wonderful. We truly could not have made it as perfect as it was without the help of both of you.

Starting from our first meeting in Toronto we knew instantly that hiring a DJ and Decor/Coordinator was exactly what we needed. Neither of us are musically inclined or crafty, so finding a team like yourselves really did save us oodles of time! It did not take long after a few email communications to realize that we found two fabulous people like yourselves that we could work well with. The entire stress of a wedding was taken away by having everything handled by such wonderful people.

Too many times to count I heard the words "wow, I can't believe you are such a chill bride". Seriously, it was 110% thanks to both of you that Scott and I both were able to relax and not have the wedding stress on our shoulders.

As we started to see rain in the forecast for our wedding we were both a little bummed, however, we realized quickly enough that even if it did rain, the decor would look beautiful no matter what. I think it was Tuesday before the wedding I said to Scott, let's just embrace the rain. I had my boss pick up umbrellas and no matter what we were going to have a fabulous day. Again, that stress was taken away because of the fact that we hired two amazing people to basically look after our entire wedding.

We seriously cannot thank you enough for the hard work that you both put in. I will forever recommend Charmed Events and Design to any of my friends/family getting married in the future.

Saturday June 1st 2019 was the best day of our lives, as not only did we get married but Andrea made sure it happened flawlessly. We had hired her exactly one year ago, for we were so lost in the whole wedding planning fiasco and needed help. Andrea met with us right away and before we had even formally hired her she was reaching out to our venue and dealing with our situations.

Her passion for planning our wedding was seen immediately as she wanted to make sure our vision came to life in our tight budget. Problem after problem arose with our wedding and she took care of every one, like they didn't even happen. Her professionalism really shines through with her deadlines, urgency, and communication; not only with us but the vendors she had to work with....which weren't easy! DJ Dave was in the house which was AMAZING any song you wanted (even with terrible and basically no wifi) he made happen! He helped us pick each special song to really make our day unique and even made sure to cue certain songs at the perfect moments to get the most emphasis from them. We also used their photo booth which was full of wonderful props, not the basic little paper signs and instant print out so all our guests got to take them home!! I highly recommend Andrea she is amazing, friendly and very passionate about making your day perfect. I used them for photobooth and dj and their services were phenomenal. I had hired charmed events and design for my DJ services. I had found them at a wedding show in gravenhurst and knew right away from their personality that I was going to hire them. Dave and Andrea were both great people to work with. They were very easy going and made the planning very easy for my husband and I. Their online platform made picking our wedding songs a breeze.

Andrea and Dave were there to help me with any questions that I had throughout the whole planning process. When it came to the day of the wedding Dave was excellent. He played the correct music I had requested and everyone had loved him. He interacted with my guests and read the crowd very well and played the right songs at the right time. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Andrea as my day-of wedding coordinator. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that my day ran as smoothly as possible, assisting me in the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding, accommodating last minute requests on the day of and helping to resolve any issues that came up (luckily they were minor but I can’t imagine having to deal with them myself).

We worked together to perfect the timeline for the day and I can honestly say that things ran almost to a tee in-line with the schedule. I knew within minutes of speaking to Andrea on the phone that I wanted to hire her, she is professional but also extremely relatable and put me at ease every step of the way. I would recommend Andrea in a heartbeat. Thank you again for everything.

A great team of people to work with! A decorator/planner, DJ and photographer as a team, this saves so much stress and headache. Andrea was such a big help! My husband planned a surprise proposal and wedding to take place while we were on vacation. Everything was absolutely amazing in every way! Andrea even picked out a wedding dress since I didn't know about it! Beautiful choice and I felt so beautiful wearing it! Everything was flawless!!

Even the music during the ceremony/photos and reception as top notch!! Dave knows his music! He knows what we like and he delivered! Between the wedding plans and the music, we would most certainly recommend Charmed Events to all of our friends! You will not be disappointed!!

With so many details to carefully iron out, Andrea came through on each and every one! We were married in May of 2016 and Andrea's input was invaluable every step of the way. We had been referred to Andrea by a mutual friend and could not have asked for a better wedding planner. From her advice on decor and flowers, right down to simple details like seating arrangements, We couldn't have been happier. Many of our guests remarked how flawlessly everything seemed to flow for our day. Which can be kind of hectic for new brides and grooms. Also, A big THANK YOU!! to our Dj Dave for keeping everybody happy on the dance floor. This guy knows his music and he knows when to play the right tunes. Dave even met with us long before our big day to go over song selections and a few special requests. He even took requests from many of our guests that night. Thanks so much to Andrea and Charmed Events. We hired them to do a fundraising event for our local food bank. Not only was it a huge success, she handled everything from securing corporate donations, to decor, ticket design and even PR from our local newspaper. She made the event stress free for our group. Always a smile and no problem ever seems to faze her. Also a shout out to DJ Dave who kept the crowd dancing and tapping their feet all night. He is so energetic and obviously loves what he does. We couldn't have done it without them! Thanks to Andrea, Dave and Charmed Events for making our dream wedding come true to life. Everything was so beautiful and our guests had an amazing time. They were easy to work with, always there with timely responses to our questions and had great ideas and suggestions. They met with us several times before the wedding to go over all the details. They also put up with my endless changes and emails all at the last minute LOL. Dave is an amazing DJ, and played wonderful music all night long. I am still getting compliments on the music played during the dinner reception. He is not your average DJ and played songs our guests just went crazy over.
